Established in 2002, Shenzhen Surlink Technology is a manufacturer and exporter with the brand "Surlink" and own SMT and FPC production. We developed a new feature wherein the LED product can power on by just accessing the display stand, with no need to unload the ballast. We also produce power supplies by ourselves, controlling prices to be 15% lower. Furthermore, most of our product designs are unique as we do not use common molds.
Three factories with total size of 50,000 square meters and 500 workers allow us to boast a production lead time of 21 days and a monthly capacity of 20,000 LED tubes, 50,000 meters of LED strips, 20,000 LED bulbs. 80% of our products are for export to Europe, the US, the Middle East and South America. Our export volume is $10 million, with total annual sales of $15 million.
R&D consisting of 30 engineers with over eight years' experience handle OEM and ODM projects. Some of them previously worked in Osram, and they can create two new items each month and provide a sample lead time of one month. R&D is supported by investments equal to 10% of total sales.
Our 20 QC personnel have at least three years' experience and are allocate by three for each production line. Maintaining a defect rate of 0.01%, we gladly provide a warranty period of two years. We also have ISO, CE and RoHS approvals, and we enjoy a 70% repeat order rate.
Majority of our materials are sourced from China, while power supply accessories are sourced from overseas. Other materials are sourced from companies listed in the stock market. Additionally, we have more than 30 stable suppliers, and we have worked with them for at least three years.
We have sales offices in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as a showroom in Dubai. Our 12 foreign staff and can provide services in Japanese and English and respond to any inquiry within 24 hours. We also participate in three trade shows yearly, particularly the Lighting fair in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Frankfurt.
